ORDERING

DO I NEED TO REGISTER AS A USER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order without registering as a customer. However, we recommend registering as a customer to take advantage of discounts and see the stock availability of our products. For business customers, please contact our customer support at eshop@pakkemeister.ee, and we will link your previously agreed prices with the prices on the e-shop.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER IF I HAVE ALREADY PAID?

HOW QUICKLY WILL THE ORDERED PRODUCT REACH ME?

Orders placed before 12:00 usually arrive the next day (in some cases, the day after) across Estonia. Delivery to the islands may take 2-3 working days, depending on the delivery method.

You can pick up the packages:

  1. From a parcel terminal – for products that fit into a parcel terminal.
  2. Door-to-door courier delivery.
  3. Pick-up from the Pakkemeister warehouse - Free of charge (at Läike tee 7, Peetri).

DO YOU HAVE A SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

Yes, you can find our sales representative at Läike tee 7, Peetri. You can pay by card or cash on-site. We are open from Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00 and on Friday 8:30-16:30.

HOW CAN I GET THE PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?

If you want to receive the product as quickly as possible, choose the option to pick it up yourself during the order process. You can pick up the goods one hour after making the payment via online banking at Läike tee 7, Peetri. We are open from Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00 and on Friday 8:30-16:30.

When you arrive, please drive past the Pakkemeister building, turn left into the courtyard, and reverse onto the loading platform.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, purchased goods have a 14-day return policy. For more information about the return conditions, please see here.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER RETURNING THE PRODUCT?

Pakkemeister Hillman OÜ will refund the money within 5 working days.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

In the Packpros.eu online store, you can pay using the following methods:

SEB Bank, Luminor Bank, COOP Bank, LHV Bank, Swedbank, Visa, and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY BY INVOICE?

Absolutely, you can also pay by invoice in our online store. Business customers can also have a payment term based on prior agreement.
